The Lake Placid Resort is located in the center of the legendary Olympic Village of Lake Placid, New York, affording easy walking distance to the quaint international shops and restaurants of Main Street and the Olympic Ice and Convention Center. The resort spans more than 1,000 acres in the heart of the Adirondacks and offers a magnificent 360-degree view of mountains and lakes. Key features of the facility include a private beach on Mirror Lake, Trout Preserve, 120 Meter Olympic Ski Jump, and 45-hole Championship Golf Course. Biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, boating, canoeing, and beach volleyball are favorite activities. What's not located within the resort is usually only minutes away. The Lake Placid Resort has won numerous awards for its environmental management, and the resort works closely with the Lake Placid community and Adirondack Park Agency to help preserve the integrity of the region's natural resources. The resort's ADA compliant meeting facilities can support groups of 10 to 700.
