Conference Facility
Located on the waterfront near Duluth's famous Aerial Lift Bridge, the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC) provides an ideal setting for ICOET 2009 conference activities. The DECC City Side features the elegant Lake Superior Ballroom, Atrium exhibit space, and well-appointed auditorium and meeting rooms. The DECC is well-designed to suit our ICOET participant needs and is barrier-free in compliance with the ADA.
The DECC is located in Duluth’s historic Canal Park district, and just a few blocks and easy walk to and from ICOET conference hotels and over a dozen restaurants. The center is adjacent to the Great Lakes Aquarium where ICOET guests will enjoy the Monday evening Welcome Reception. The DECC is also adjacent to the S.S. William A. Irvin, a historic iron ore ship, which now houses the Great Lakes Floating Maritime Museum.
More facility details are available at the DECC convention center Web site.
